nikah. kukira itu akan jadi kamu. karena kamu ada begitu lama dalam hidupku, lebih dari pria2 yang lain. kita terpisahkan sekian lama namun kau selalu kembali lagi. terakhir kali kau kembali, kukira untuk selamanya. ternyata semua cuma untuk sesaat pula.

Sekali lagi dia menghancurkan hatiku. Kebodohankukah yang menerima dia kembali setelah dulu dia telah terbukti mampu mengingkari kesetiaan cinta kami? Kali ini kukira akan berbeda. Kukira dia lebih dewasa dan punya integritas. Kukira dia akan lebih setia terhadap janjinya. Kukira kata-katanya lebih bisa dipercaya. Tapi aku salah lagi. Kali ini dia mengingkari lagi janjinya sendiri. Dan aku patah hati pada orang yang sama untuk kedua kali.

Kukira dialah cinta terbesarku. Orang yang akan tetap memilihku "over anything else." Tapi aku salah lagi. Dia cuma dia. Tanpa integritas. Kali ini luka itu lebih parah. Karena aku merasa terikat dengannya. Karena terlalu banyak rencana yang kami rancang, yang akhirnya cuma percuma, sia-sia.

Sekarang aku merasa seperti melayang. Mata ini rasanya jadi mampu menangisi apa saja. Kesedihan rasanya seperti tak akan pernah mereda. Aku sangat sedih karena dia cuma sebegitu. Kukira dia begitu indah. Kukira dia cinta terbesar dalam hidupku. Aku kecewa.

Aku berharap lingkaran hubungan kami benar-benar berakhir. Aku tidak ingin suatu saat kami bertemu lagi untuk mengulang luka yang sama. Aku ingin tiba waktu nya aku tidak lagi merasakan apapun padanya. Aku ingin mampu meyakinkan diriku bahwa dia tidak indah sama sekali.

Bersama berlalunya waktu, biarlah sembuh semua luka, dan tak akan kuulang lagi menjalani jalannya waktu bersamanya, apapun lagi tawarannya kelak. Biarlah aku bebas, tanpa rasa apapun padanya. Biarkan aku mampu mengatakan "selesai sudah" dan benar-benar pergi dari lingkaran kami. Oh..bebaskanlah aku darinya.

What's the difference between a pipe and a tube?
More often than not, people guess it has something to do with the quality of the materials, but that's got nothing to do with it. The difference between a pipe and a tube is how they are measured, and ultimately what they are used for.
A pipe is a vessel - a tube is structural.
A pipe is measured ID - a tube is measured OD.
How they are measured... Pipes are measured ID or inside diameter because they are vessels. Tubes are measured OD or outside diameter because they are structural.
Pipes have a consistent ID regardless of wall thickness. In other words, a 1/2" high pressure pipe may need a 2" thick wall, but the ID will still only be 1/2" even tho the OD is 4.5".
Generally speaking, a tube will have a consistent OD and it's ID will change. Engineers see tubes and pipes with different eyes.
A tube is structural.
By having a consistent OD they can vary wall thickness, changing the ID, to increase strength. Because they are consistent OD, they have predictable characteristics.
Again, the difference is simple, it's how they are measured and what their intended uses are.

No Smoking Area

People should stop smoking for at least these following reasons:
First, smoking is waste of money. By buying cigarettes, you will only “burn” the money you have earned just to fulfill your personal addiction that would do nothing good to other people and yourself indeed. You supposed to be able to use the money for more honorable cause.
Second, smoking is spreading polluted air to the people around you who are not a smoker. This nicotine-contained air will increase passive smoker risk in getting lung cancer and other diseases, which is really unfair for them.
The last but not least, when the smoker itself is exposed to the cancer then you will only be a burden to the people who closed to you (e.g. your family) who supposed to take care of you, which this is also unfair for them cause they supposed to be able to get more quality time in their own life.

That's why my new house will be NO SMOKING AREA...

Rumus Gampang Menghitung Cicilan KPR

Ini masih berhubungan dengan tulisan tentang menghitung cicilan KPR sebelumnya.
Berikut rumus gampang nya menghitung cicilan KPR:
Untuk periode cicilan x tahun, maka cicilan/bulan=(Jumlah KPR/1juta)*faktor pengali
Faktor pengali ini bisa didapat dari rumus PMT yang ada di excel.
Kalo bunga bank dan periode berubah, maka faktor pengalinya berubah.
Dengan menggunakan rumus gampang ini kita dapat melakukan perhitungan cepat dimana aja.
Selamat menghitung-hitung.

Contoh:
1. Asumsi bunga bank= 9.99%
Untuk periode cicilan 15 tahun=(Jumlah KPR/1juta)*10740
Untuk periode cicilan 10 tahun=(Jumlah KPR/1juta)*13210
Harga rumah = 150 juta
Dp=10%=15juta
Periode cicilan=15tahun
maka cicilan perbulan=(135juta/1juta)*10740=1449900

2. Asumsi bunga bank=9.5%
Untuk periode cicilan 15 tahun=(Jumlah KPR/1juta)*10443
Untuk periode cicilan 10 tahun=(Jumlah KPR/1juta)*12940
Harga rumah = 150 juta
Dp=10%=15juta
Periode cicilan=15tahun
maka cicilan perbulan=(135juta/1juta)*10443=1409805

Pasti ada rumus gampangnya, soalnya mas yang di marketingnya developer bisa menghitung pake kalkulator biasa.Tapi aku lum bisa menemukan cara gampangnya juga.
Akhirnya pake excel dech, pake fungsi PMT yang ada di excel. Gini caranya:
masuk Excel, insert function, financial function
Masukkan nilai seperti gambar di atas.
Jadi untuk kredit sebesar 135000000, bunga 9.99%, periode cicilan 10 tahun, makan cicilannya sekitar 1784000/bulan.

This Virtual Library concept is different from the virtual library that we used to know. Usually it is an online library with online book (e-book). But in here our concept is: a new way to share books (hardcopy books) with our community and improving reading habit without a physical common place to store the books. The word virtual come from the virtual book storage. All that we kept is only the book list. The books will be physically in the owner own places. The book traffic will be arranged by the book controller with the spesified rules. Detailed rules will be kept ini FAQ section.
This Virtual Library was build to improve the habit of reading in our closest society, our office. By sharing our book list with some review and recommendation on the book that we have already read, we wish it will encourage other to be interested in that book. That why I need you honey. How come I spend the rest 30, 40, or more of my life without you by my side. I wanna be with you honey. I dont wanna be alone. Though you said you need me more than I need you, but there are no meter to measure that so far. May be I cant tell you in a perfect way how much I need you, how much I adore you. But surely you're the best of all dear, for now and then.
I love you more and more everyday. May God bless our future plan. May God ease our way to it.

Learn to Write

I meant creative writing in here. I used to long ago in senior high school, ever won a prize for the winner of writing competition in regency level. But it seems the skill has left me. It becomes so hard for me to express myself in writing now. I was a rather quiet and imaginative one. But now I talk more than I write. I have not able yet to publish one of my writing. Ooohh... I wish one day I will. This is one of my effort to learn to write again. I put it in a blog just to help me not to be ashamed to show my writing in public.
So much of my qualities in the past that I cherished not, but I miss it now. Again I want to get it back, to be persistent in my every effort, to enjoy study every matter, to cherish every finished work, to write my day, make poetry of it. To conclude this, be grateful for every phase of your life is a must. Dont let it walk away without a thankful attitudes.

Stardust - Neil Gaiman

Soon, the movie of this book will be able to see in Jakarta. It's really a story tale for adult :) It's full with strange creatures and off course love story. It's all about Tristan. How he found his life track. How he found his love. So many unlogical path in here, but dont dare to ask, coz it is a story tale :)
This book made me curious about other books from Gaiman. There are 3 others that were published by gramedia. But I need to be patient with my passion to read them. Coz in less than a month there will be book fair in JCC. Wish I can get bigger discount there :)

I love chicklit when it showed strong female character. That's why I hate this novel. Hate it so much. Anna is a very weak character. She always depends on other people. From Seb the rich handsome guy that treated her badly to Cassandra a novelist who treated her worst. Then finally she met other novelist who treated her best and support her life in London, the one she could hold on. What a very weak one this Anna.

Please recommend chicklit title with strong female charater in it. I'd like to read that.

Faking It - Jennifer Crusie

I finished this chicklit last night. Great story. Ii laughed out loud in the last quarter of the book. Davy and Tilda were the heroes in it. How understanding and caring the Goodnight family made me wanna be part of them. The way they treated each other. The way they understand each other mistake and wrong doing. They could easily forgive.

They life together and take their burden together too. Though Tilda will handle the most, but that of course coz she is the smartest of all.
